Mesacon Triumph Developers, jointly with M/s Triumph Realty, developed the iconic South Bay building on Hughes Road in Mumbai. Mesacon purchased the leasehold rights and developed a landmark project with 11 high-end residential apartments, lower levels housing high-tech car parking from Sotefin Parking, a Swiss company.
